Hi, I’m April — a wife, mom, grandma, coach, resin artist, and self-proclaimed serial licenser of big ideas and small businesses. This is my second round at blooming, and I’m doing it with more heart, less hustle, and way more glitter than I ever expected...

​I’m a Chief Legal Administration Officer by day, an ICF Certified Coach by calling, and a creative at heart. I love people deeply, encourage women fiercely, and believe in laughing through the hard stuff — because life doesn’t get easier, but we can get more self-aware and grow in the middle of it.

I’ve raised some, mentored many, and loved even more. I’m a sister, a sometimes caregiver, a not-so-willing cook (my least favorite thing to do), and a woman trying to stop and smell the roses — literally and metaphorically.

Now, I make floral resin jewelry and write honest reflections because both help me stay grounded in gratitude and beauty. I use this blog as my outlet, my mirror, and my way of making light in the hard.
